We offer two main paths — a structured 5-year service contract that includes annual on-site visits, preventive maintenance, calibration, software updates, and priority support, or flexible on-demand services with no long-term commitment required. Both are performed by Applikon factory-trained technicians.
The standard contract covers a 12-month guarantee against defective materials and workmanship, access to our certified service team, system and operational manuals on request, and full technical support. The extended 5-year plan adds annual on-site inspections, proactive wear part replacement, sensor and MFC calibration, priority 24-hour response, and a 20% discount on Resea Academy training.
