CellReady bundle
The CellReady bioreactor bundle holds four single-use, 3-liter, total volume bioreactors, which can be used for cell cultures (animal, insect, and plant cells). The control system can be a standard Applikon ez-Control or my-Control. The control system is configured for a cell culture application, with gas flow devices and solenoids for Air, O2 and CO2. A pressure protection is installed in the gas supply lines to prevent the single-use bioreactor from being over pressurized. Re-usable sensors are included for measuring and controlling pH, temperature and dissolved oxygen (DO).
The bioreactor is equipped with multiple addition, sample and harvesting tubes. All tubing is clear c-flex, suitable for tube welding. Multiple diameter tubing is provided for the smaller and larger additions. Each line is also fitted with a Luer lock connector. The sample ports are fitted with a Luer lock connector. Four gas lines are present: gas inlet overlay, open pipe sparger, porous sparger and exhaust gas. All lines have a sterile (vent) filter.
The bundle includes a the CellReady bioreactor, an Applikon control system with supervisory PC software, a stirrer motor and adapter, a heating blanket, sensors and cables, a liquid addition bottle for alkali addition, tubing, and a starter kit. The starter kit includes several clamps, reducers, and syringes for sampling.
The CellReady bundle is a standard setups consisting of the CellReady single-use bioreactor and an ez2-Control or a my-Control. The standard setups can be adapted based on the customers need. Please find here the desription of the two standard setups:
CellReady bundle my-Control
The standard bundle includes the following actuators and bioreactors:
- 4 CellReady single-use bioreactors
- Stirrer motor brushless
- pH control: Variable speed pump for base with «Easyload» pump heads. CO2 gas (acid) with valve solenoid for use in cell cultures.
- Dissolved oxygen control: Solenoid valve for Air allows automatic control of oxygen.
- Temperature control: A silicon heating blanket is used to raise the process temperature.
- Filter heating
- Pressure limiter
- Option MFC/ pumps: my-Control can be supplied with up to 4 mass flow controllers (replacing solenoids valves) and up to 4 integrated variable speed pumps.
- Additional I/O (4x Analog Out, 8x Digital Out) can be provided to communicate with external devices such as additional mass flow controller, or variable or fixed speed pumps.
Lucullus Lite is included with all BioBundles.
Other software solutions like Standard/Advanced or Expert versions of Lucullus or the BioXpert W10 software can alternatively be supplied with the system.

CellReady bundle ez2-Control
The standard bundle includes the following actuators and bioreactors:

- pH control: Fixed speed pump for base with «Easyload» pump heads. CO2 gas (acid) with valve solenoid for use in cell cultures.
- Dissolved oxygen control: Rotameters control the flow of air and oxygen. A valve is included for automatic control of oxygen.
- Temperature control: A silicon heating blanket is used to raise the process temperature.
- Filter heating
- Pressure limiter
- Option MFC/ pumps: ezControl can be supplied with 4 mass flow controllers (replacing solenoids valves) and up to 3 integrated pumps
- Expandability: The extended IO module (ADDA board) with additional 4 x analog output and 8 x digital output can be added to the e2z-Control
Lucullus Lite is included with all BioBundles.
